Corrie DaPrato, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. DaPrato has 30 years experience in finance and accounting. She obtained her CGA designation in 1983. Prior to joining Baird MacGregor, Ms. DaPrato held a management position in a publicly traded communications company. She has previously held positions in not-for-profit and manufacturing organizations. She joined Baird MacGregor in 1998 as Controller, was appointed Vice President, Finance in 2002 and Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Ms. DaPrato’s focus is financial management and information systems management.

Philomena Comerford, President
Ms. Comerford began her insurance industry career in 1974 with Tomenson Saunders Whitehead Ltd. She joined Baird MacGregor in 1980 as Senior Commercial Account Executive, was appointed Vice President in 1981 and President in 1990. Ms. Comerford became a partner in Baird MacGregor in 2000. She is a past Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Insurance Institute of Canada and is an active advocate for the transportation industry. Ms. Comerford is involved in key client and market relationships, business development, program underwriting and management of all facets of Baird MacGregor’s insurance operations.
