Peter A. Braaten
Mr. Braaten has 35 years of experience in the investment business in Canada and the United Kingdom and has been Chair of the Brompton Group of Companies since 2000. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Braaten was President of Morrison Middlefield Resources Limited and 2M Energy Corp., both public oil and gas companies. Mr.Braaten is a Director of each of the management companies for the Brompton Funds, the Brompton Group of Companies and Welton Energy Corporation.

Raymond R. Pether, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Pether has 30 years of experience in the investment business and has held a variety of high-level banking, real estate finance and investment positions. Mr. Pether co-founded the Brompton Group of Companies in 2000 and is Chief Executive Officer of Brompton Limited, the parent company of the Brompton Group of Companies. Formerly, Mr. Pether was President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Facilities Fund and was also Chief Operating Officer of Morrison Middlefield Resources Limited. Mr. Pether is a director of the Brompton Group of Companies and of Welton Energy Corporation.

Chris Hoffmann
Mr. Hoffmann has over 25 years experience as a senior corporate lawyer advising clients in the Canadian financial services industry and joined Brompton in 2004. From 1990 to 2004 Mr. Hoffmann was a partner at McCarthy Tétrault, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hoffmann is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and received both the Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Civil Laws from McGill University, a Master of Science from University of California, Berkley and a Bachelor of Science from McGill University. Mr. Hoffmann is also a director of Delta Systems Inc., MKS Inc. and The Northern Trust Company, Canada.

Mark Caranci
Mr. Caranci has over 15 years of experience in the investment business, merchant banking and public accounting. Mr. Caranci was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Brompton Group Limited in 2000 and held that position for all of the Brompton Group of companies until February 2006 when he became President of Brompton Funds LP. In April 2007, Mr. Caranci was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Brompton Funds LP. Mr. Caranci is a director of certain publicly listed Brompton funds. Formerly, Mr. Caranci was Vice-President of a financial services organization from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Caranci is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Moyra MacKay
Ms. MacKay has over 25 years of experience in the investment business having held positions in real estate and resource finance and investment and financial services companies. Ms. MacKay was appointed as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Brompton Limited in 2000 and is currently Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Brompton Funds LP. Prior to Brompton, Ms. MacKay was Vice President of two public oil and gas companies and a financial services organization which was registered with the Securities and Futures Authority in London, U.K. Ms. MacKay received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
