Stephen Gross, Chief Executive Officer
Stephen Gross co-founded Gemma having already built a career and reputation as a pioneer and expert in the Canadian outsource contact center industry. Stephen’s decision to establish Gemma was largely based on the encouragement of several Fortune 100 company executives who believed in him and his expertise. Over the last two decades Stephen has been presented with numerous industry awards. His contribution to Gemma is largely the result of his industry knowledge coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit and vision. Stephen has been instrumental in guiding Gemma’s executive management team and the company itself to become one of the largest successful Canadian outsource contact centre companies.

Allan Jurgens, Chief Financial Officer
Allan Jurgens co-founded Gemma and is both an entrepreneur and seasoned business executive with over 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, strategy, administrative and information technology management. Allan’s unrelenting passion in managing operating costs, strengthening internal controls and driving efficiencies has contributed significantly to the development and successful growth of Gemma.
Prior to co-founding Gemma, Allan was Chief Financial Officer of a large Canadian contact centre, prior to which he was Chief Financial Officer of APV Canada Inc. and prior thereto Chief Financial Officer of Danka Canada Inc.
