Todd Pluchinske, President and Founder
Todd is the founder of IC Group LP, formerly known as T.P. Holdings Inc., Insured Creativity and IC Group Inc. With over 16 years' of experience in managing promotions, he has developed an in-depth understanding of promotional law and how it is carried out in domestic and international jurisdictions. He has also been a hands-on contributor in the research and development of IC Group's online promotions technology platform and sophisticated online rates site for insurance products.

Duncan McCready
Duncan joined IC Group in 1994 as President of the first Independent Operating Business Unit in Toronto, Ontario. He brings over 12 years' experience to the company. Prior to IC Group he held positions as Marketing and Sales Consultant, Business Systems Consultant, Revenue Stream Leader and Associate Systems Specialist with Canadian Pacific Limited. Duncan oversees Sales and Marketing at IC Group and leads the company's strategic planning initiatives. He is a regular speaker at industry seminars and conferences, and is frequently approached by industry media to provide insight and commentary on many aspects of games and contest management.
