Paul Gour, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gour joined Titan Supply in July 2007 as VP Sales & Marketing. He holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and has over 25 years of experience in the heavy equipment, parts and service industry. Prior to joining Titan Supply LP, Mr. Gour held senior roles in sales, customer service and asset management with Finning (Canada). He has excellent knowledge and understanding of the business challenges and opportunities in the oil & gas, heavy construction, mining and forestry industries.

Terry Jones, Senior Vice President
Terry Jones joined Titan Supply in 2008 as General Manager of Customer Services. Prior to joining Titan Supply LP, Mr. Jones held a senior role as Vice President of an Industrial Safety Supply company for over 15 years. He has extensive experience related to sales, service and operations in the industrial distribution business in Western Canada and a thorough knowledge of the markets in this region.

Christopher Hayman, Chief Financial Officer
Chris Hayman was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2009 of NPC and Titan Supply. Chris was VP Finance at North American Construction Group and prior to that VP & Controller at Finning (Canada). Chris has 25 years of industry experience in the oilsands, oil field service, heavy equipment and pipeline industries; is a Chartered Accountant; and is a member of Financial Executives International of Canada.

Mike Demaniuk, Vice President Finance
Mike Demaniuk joined Manco Supply one of the predecessor companies of Titan Supply in 1985 as Controller. He held this position through several transitions including the sale of Manco Supply to Strongco Inc in 1990, the acquisition of Alberta Chain and Rigging in 1998 and the MBO of Strongco Supplies by Titan Supply Inc in 2002. Prior to joining the company he worked in insolvency at Touche Ross Limited as well as the food industry. Mike is directly responsible for all finance and administration functions and information technology within the company.
